About Kayla’s ASMR Studio

Welcome to Kayla’s ASMR Studio. It’s a place built entirely around how you feel deeply, physically, and emotionally. Whether it’s the gentle whisper of a brush against your skin, the hum of a singing bowl, or the quiet crackle of distant chimes, you’re not just hearing it, you’re feeling it. And that’s the beauty of in-person ASMR.

Every session is about tuning into you, not just your skin or muscles, but your nervous system, your thoughts, your breath. My approach blends sensory massage, relaxing facials, and full-body rest through sound and sensory tools. Whether you're trying ASMR in person for the first time or you’ve been following online creators for years, there’s something grounding about bringing that experience into the physical world.

The studio mission is to offer a calming, unique, and sensory-rich space where people of all ages can relax, reset, and reconnect, through the power of ASMR, sound, and gentle touch.

About Me

Hi, I’m Kayla

I’ve always been fascinated by the calming and tingling effects of ASMR, and over time, I realized just how much it helped me unwind and find moments of peace in my life. I was shocked that even though ASMR has millions of videos, content creators, and followers world wide, there is virtually no one offering it off screens. That’s why I created a real-life ASMR studio. A physical space where people could experience calm, connection, and care, in person. With actual sounds, hands, tools, and presence. That’s where the story begins.

Why I Do This

After diving into research, I found countless articles detailing how ASMR triggers the release of dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, and endorphins, creating pleasure, relaxation, and emotional warmth. This powerful mix of brain chemicals explains ASMR’s ability to calm the mind, ease tension, and enhance well-being. My mission is to bring ASMR to as many people as possible, help them find relaxation, reduce stress, and reconnect with a sense of tranquility in their everyday lives. Born and raised in South OC and I couldn’t be more excited about bringing something I love that has changed my life to my community to do the same for others

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly is ASMR?

ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) is the body’s natural response to gentle sensory triggers—often felt as a wave of tingling relaxation that starts in the scalp and melts down the spine. Triggered by gentle stimuli like soft whispers, crisp sounds, or repetitive movements. When you hear or feel ASMR triggers, your brain reacts by sending tiny, pleasant tingles down your head, neck, and sometimes your whole body. The same feeling as when someone plays with your hair or traces letters on your back—so relaxing that you just want to melt into a puddle of happiness

ASMR is closely linked to the parasympathetic nervous system (PNS)—the part of the body responsible for rest, relaxation, and recovery. In essence, ASMR acts like a natural stress reliever, engaging the body’s built-in mechanisms for deep relaxation and emotional well-being. What is the difference between ASMR and a traditional massage?

A traditional massage focuses on therapeutic relief through techniques like kneading and deep pressure to ease muscle tension and pain. In contrast, an ASMR massage emphasizes relaxation, using gentle touch and soothing sounds to trigger a calming tingling sensation in the body. A traditional massage targets muscle tension, an ASMR massage aims to create a deep sense of relaxation through sensory experiences.

What is the difference between a regular facial and an ASMR facial?

A traditional facial is performed by an esthetician and purpose is to improve skin texture through exfoliation and extractions. An ASMR facial is a role-play experience designed to trigger relaxing sensations through soft-spoken prompts, gentle tapping, and soothing sounds. It does not include extractions or active skincare treatments and is focused more on relaxation and sensory enjoyment rather than skincare results. You can wear makeup directly after the session
